Lately I have been doing a lot of soul-searching.  I feel lucky to be able to do so, but change can be difficult.  After working in a technology company for three years, I have finally decided to go back to school and follow my heart and my true passion. 

I am simultaneously terrified and thrilled to be going back to school, which can be confusing.  I'm excited because I cannot wait to learn about myself and the things I love to do, but afraid because this is a big change for me (…not to mention a big hole in my pocket, if you know what I mean).  But, I do believe that sometimes life needs a little push to get you going in the right direction.  And that is why I am giving it a little shove.

In the end, I am extremely lucky to have the best group of friends that a girl could ask for… the sweetest dog to cuddle up with when I start to panic… and a crazy family to keep my mind off the other craziness in my life. :)

What can I say, life is good.
